to be able to prepare our recipes with 100% natural and eco sourced products. We also strive to get our ingredients on the island or as close as possible to us.

Each batch is handmade by us. We prepare the mixture by hand without using industrial processes, our ingredients come from local producers with organic certification, all to achieve a product closer to the earth.
Sense nom = Unnamed?
Less marketing ... more food
Super Granola, Granolix, Panola Granola, Pauline's Granola ... all these names and many more crossed our minds when we wanted to name our product, but in the end - perhaps due to a lack of creativity - we decided that it should speak for itself, we might be taking a risk, but we believe that if you try it you will understand us better.
We are a family
Two years ago we arrived in Mallorca, with the intention of raising our two daughters here, Pauline has a teaching background and I'm an entrepreneur with a legal background and other interest. We met years ago in Madrid but Pauline is French (Although she has family from Mallorca) and I´m Venezuelan.
